Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Atlanta, GA, for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing transportation logistics, coordinating with carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Additional responsibilities include customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, providing freight solutions, and managing operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations

Proficiency in Customer Service and Account Management

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software

High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is a plus
