Business Analyst II - Digital Portals (W2 Only No Chance for 1099/C2C)
Location: Lake Mary, Florida (Onsite)

Responsibilities and Qualifications
5-8 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in digital products, portals, or enterprise web platforms
Strong understanding of portal technologies, CMS platforms, APIs/integrations, and authentication models (e.g., SSO, identity management)
Proficiency writing user stories, requirements documentation, process models, and workflow diagrams
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and common tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with customer, partner, or employee portals (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud, ServiceNow, custom portals, CMS solutions)
Familiarity with UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
Background in data analysis, KPIs/metrics for digital engagement, or digital transformation programs
Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort working in fast‑paced, matrixed environments
