Bella Advisors is a fast‑growing wealth management firm looking for a highly motivated
Client Engagement Specialist
to manage and convert our incoming prospects into scheduled appointments.
This role is critical to our firm's growth. Your mission is simple:
build relationships with prospective clients, keep them engaged, and ensure they show up for their meetings with our advisors.
We host seminars and receive a steady flow of interested prospects. We need someone who loves people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
This is
not a typical administrative scheduling role.
You will be the first impression of our firm and play a key role in helping new clients begin their financial journey.
Responsibilities
Schedule new prospect appointments from seminars and marketing leads
Follow up with prospects who need to reschedule and keep them on the calendar
Confirm appointments and reduce no‑shows
Build rapport with prospects over the phone and email
Track and manage appointment pipelines
Re‑engage prospects who have not yet scheduled
Ensure prospects arrive prepared and excited for their meeting
What We’re Looking For
Intelligent and quick on your feet
Naturally friendly and great with people
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Organized and highly responsive
Competitive and motivated by performance incentives
Sales or client relationship experience is a plus (not required)
Compensation
Base salary:
$50,000 – $65,000
Performance bonuses for
appointments that show and convert to clients
High performers can earn
$80k+ annually
