
Field Sales Representative – Automotive Aftermarket

We are seeking a high-energy Field Sales Representative with a hunter mentality. This role focuses on new business acquisition, pipeline growth, and closing opportunities within the automotiveandheavy-dutyaftermarket. Successrequiresdiscipline, persistence, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business through cold calling, outbound prospecting, and field engagement
Manage and advance opportunities usingCRM
Deliver proposals and follow up to close business
Report to management about industry trends,headwindsand tailwinds
Build relationships with repair shops, distributors, fleets, and aftermarket customers
Represent Rostar Filters at customer sites and industry events
Enter customer orders
Travel Requirements/Territory
This position will cover the USA and will require three weeks of travel per month

Required Experience & Skills
2–5 years of proven sales success in automotive or industrial markets
Strong lead generation and cold-calling experience
CRMproficiencyand pipeline discipline
Excellent communication and closing skills
Ability to travel extensively
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling automotive aftermarket partsor similar industrial products
Existing relationshipswithin theindustry andcustomer base
