Position: Account Executive - Industrial Manufacturing
Location: Mendota Heights, MN
Schedule: Monday - Friday

If you know how to build relationships and turn conversations into long-term business, this Account Executive role offers the chance to work directly with industrial clients while supporting real manufacturing operations. In this position, you'll help customers find solutions in metal stamping, tooling, and custom metal fabrication while working closely with internal production teams to ensure projects move smoothly from quote to delivery.
What You'll Do As an Account Executive, you'll serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing responsive support and helping them navigate manufacturing solutions.
Meet with clients to strengthen relationships and close new business opportunities
Manage account management activities from inquiry through production
Act as the liaison between sales and manufacturing to help expedite orders through MRP and quality systems
Prepare quotes, present pricing, and finalize sales contracts
Maintain accurate customer and order data in the CRM/E2 system
Coordinate customer training, plant tours, and product demonstrations
Resolve delivery issues and maintain clear customer communication
Identify upsell opportunities and pursue new business development opportunities
What You Bring
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in manufacturing
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and build long‑term relationships
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer success
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
