What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Strengthen advisor conviction in risk products through training, consultations, and competitive analysis
Identify and support sales opportunities within advisors' practices by partnering with internal sales consultants
Assist advisors in case design and positioning product solutions using advanced illustration knowledge
Enable field advisors to drive overall risk sales and achieve sales targets
Collaborate with field leaders to target advisors and influence messaging supporting risk sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of progressive responsibility in the insurance and/or financial services industry
FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
Deep subject matter expertise in Life and Disability products or annuity and Long-Term Care products
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with financial advisors and field leadership
Superior public speaking skills with the ability to engage various audience sizes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in training or coaching financial advisors
Proven track record of driving sales growth in the financial services sector
Knowledge of competitive landscape in insurance and financial products
Ability to develop innovative training materials and presentations
Familiarity with compliance regulations in the financial services industry
