Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Shreveport, LA, for a Sales Hunter. The Sales Hunter will proactively identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, and generate leads to promote the company's products and services. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and staying informed about industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and act on new opportunities
Experience in business development, lead generation, and customer acquisition
Knowledge of the medical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage
Self-motivation, goal orientation, and ability to work independently
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
