About Our Agency
Our agency opened in 2004 and has grown into a team of nine who are focused on kindness, education, and doing what’s best for our customers. Before becoming an agent, I worked in two corporate roles with State Farm and also spent time as a team member, which gave me a well-rounded understanding of the business and how to support both customers and staff.

Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dawn Goplin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
I am a proud graduate of UW-Madison.
We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Bronze Tablet
