You’ll lead the production of drawings, graphics, and coordinated project materials, applying mature technical judgment and design accuracy to support land-development projects across the region.

About the Role Bohler’s Raleigh, NC office is seeking a Senior Landscape Designer to drive the production of technical drawings, graphics, and coordinated materials for active land-development projects throughout the Raleigh region. In this role, you’ll work closely with Landscape Architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure high-quality documentation that advances site plans through review, permitting, and construction stages.

What You'll Do:

Lead production of CAD drawings, exhibits, graphics, and supporting calculations

Develop 2D and 3D renderings and visualizations using both digital tools and hand-drawn techniques

Coordinate closely with internal design teams to resolve details and maintain consistency

Support project accuracy through design checks, markups, and organized documentation

Prepare professional internal and external project correspondence

Work directly with project team members, client representatives, and review agencies

Manage workload across multiple projects while supporting deadlines and quality expectations

Align with all Bohler policies, standards, and QA/QC processes

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning, or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in design or CAD productionStrong proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp

Solid design fundamentals and strong rendering/presentation capabilities

Clear, professional written and verbal communication

Reliability, technical maturity, and ability to support multiple projects

A collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams
