World Wide Stereo is seeking a highly organized and driven Marketing Operations Coordinator to help plan, coordinate, and execute our marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, this role sits at the center of our marketing efforts — organizing campaigns, managing timelines, coordinating events, and ensuring projects move smoothly from planning through launch and follow-up. The ideal candidate understands how great marketing comes together behind the scenes. You bring structure, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to every project, helping ensure our marketing reflects the same level of polish, taste, and professionalism as the brand itself. Because World Wide Stereo operates in the luxury home and lifestyle space, an appreciation for design, presentation, and brand voice is essential. Candidates with backgrounds in marketing communications, public relations, or luxury brand marketing are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Project Management

Own the marketing calendar — keeping campaigns properly scoped, sequenced, and delivered on time. Serve as the operational hub for all marketing activity: coordinating tasks, deliverables, and ensuring projects stay on track. Build and maintain systems, workflows, and project management tools that keep the team organized and moving. Coordinate cross-channel campaign execution and contribute to post-campaign reporting and analysis. Events & Showroom Experiences

Lead logistics for showroom events, partner gatherings, product showcases, and client workshops — from concept through execution. Manage scheduling, invitations, vendor coordination, promotion, and on-site support. Track event budgets and manage event-related expenses. Conduct post-event follow-up: attendee outreach, team debriefs, and performance evaluation. Represent the brand with poise and professionalism in front-of-house and partner-facing settings. Marketing Communications & Brand Presence

Draft and coordinate marketing communications including email campaigns, event invitations, and campaign messaging. Produce short-form content — social posts, captions, and copy — that reflects the brand’s voice and aesthetic. Manage and maintain project portfolios and brand presence across platforms such as Houzz, Pinterest, and Google Business. Manage client and partner gifting. Ensure all communications reflect the tone, quality, and standards expected of a luxury brand. Help ensure our digital presence remains current, visually compelling, and aligned with the brand. Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, PR, or event marketing. Exceptional organizational skills and a genuine love of systems, structure, and follow-through. Strong written communication — clear, concise, and polished across every format. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without losing composure or quality. A professional, confident presence in client-facing and partner environments. Experience with marketing platforms including email tools, CMS systems, and project management software. Familiarity with Houzz, Pinterest, Google Business, or similar platforms is a plus. Comfort with AI tools and a fluency with social media that goes beyond personal use.
