Gold Tier Real Estate is looking to add a
Commercial Real Estate Leasing Associate
to our growing brokerage team in Austin.
This position will primarily focus on
retail and office leasing across Central Texas , while also assisting the brokerage team with
buyer follow ups and support on investment sales opportunities . The role is roughly
80 percent leasing and 20 percent sales support , providing strong exposure to active commercial real estate transactions.
We are looking for someone who is
organized, responsive, and motivated to grow within commercial real estate brokerage.
Responsibilities Leasing
Market retail and office properties for lease
Respond to tenant inquiries from Crexi, LoopNet, and direct outreach
Conduct property tours with prospective tenants
Assist with lease negotiations and documentation
Maintain leasing activity and prospect tracking
Work with the brokerage team to keep listings active and well marketed
Sales Support
Follow up with buyer inquiries on property listings
Help coordinate property tours with prospective investors and owner users
Assist with marketing materials and offering packages
Track leads and follow ups from inbound inquiries
Support brokers in moving deals toward execution
Qualifications
Texas Real Estate License (or ability to obtain quickly)
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Highly organized and self‑motivated
Ability to manage multiple deals and timelines simultaneously
Interest in commercial real estate brokerage and leasing
Experience with platforms such as Crexi, LoopNet, or similar is a plus
