Overview

Storm Restoration Sales Representative. High Income Potential | Paid Training | Storm Response Team. Allstar Services is expanding its Storm Response Sales Team to help homeowners recover after severe weather across the Midwest. We are hiring Storm Restoration Sales Representatives to inspect homes for storm damage, guide homeowners through the insurance claim process, and help coordinate roof replacements. Storm restoration sales is one of the highest earning opportunities in residential construction, and we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

Compensation Training Period (4-6 Weeks)

$1,000 weekly training pay

Ongoing Earnings

8% commission on completed insurance restoration projects

Uncapped earning potential

Top performers earn $100K-$200K+ annually

Storm restoration projects typically result from insurance claims following hail or severe weather events.

Travel & Support Storm sales reps travel to markets impacted by recent storms.

Typical schedule:

3 weeks working in storm markets

1 week off

Travel markets include:

Illinois

Indiana

Michigan

Iowa

Missouri

Minnesota

Ohio

Team members receive:

$60 phone allowance

$200 vehicle allowance or company vehicle + gas card

$50 per day food per diem while traveling

What You'll Do

Meet homeowners for scheduled roof inspections

Identify and document storm-related roof damage

Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process

Meet with insurance adjusters during inspections when necessary

Present restoration solutions and secure project agreements

Work with production teams to ensure projects are completed successfully

The Roofing Strategist 10-Step Sales System

GAF Certified Contractor training

Candidates with prior roofing experience are helpful but not required for highly motivated individuals.
