Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in San Diego, CA. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers to provide excellent service, foster relationships to drive sales, and assist in daily operations at the shop. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role also involves supporting sales training activities and contributing to team success. Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members Customer Service expertise to ensure a positive customer experience and address customer needs Proven Sales ability, including upselling and achieving sales targets Experience in Training team members and promoting knowledge-sharing Sales Management understanding to contribute to optimizing sales strategies and processes Proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Passion for martial arts or familiarity with Muay Thai gear is a plus
