Location: Signal Hill, CA
Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team located in Signal Hill, CA. The Sales Support Specialist will beresponsible for supporting Territory Managers and external Customers.

Pay Range $31.93 - $46.83 hourly (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
Visits customers independently and with sales personnel as needed
Focuses on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problem
Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information
Performs inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone
Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems
Prepares analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the course of the sales process
Solves range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner
Communicates clearly and follows up to close the loop on open customer needs
Makes recommendations to external customers
Completes non-routine assignments that required a longer timeframe

What makes you great
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior Sales Support experience is preferred
Individual must have strong organizational, and leadership skills, ability to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail
