Based in our vibrant New York City office, you'll become an expert on our innovative marketing strategies, while utilizing cutting-edge technology and industry best practices to deliver creative, dynamic results. This is an in-office position at our office in New York City. This position will travel to six offices throughout the Brooklyn region. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working proactively and collaboratively with the Field Marketing Team to support and grow business for Corcoran agents and amplify the Corcoran brand. Deep understanding of 360 marketing strategy and execution aligned with agents' business goals across personal branding, property marketing, and prospecting initiatives, including listing presentations, advertising, email marketing, social media, mailing campaigns and more. Developing expertise on Corcoran's proprietary platforms, technology, and best practices to ensure peak utilization and integration into marketing strategies. Driving adoption of Corcoran's marketing tools, initiatives, and best practices through agent education, in-office presentations, and training sessions. Crafting creative briefs and guiding the internal creative team in producing marketing materials across print, digital, and social channels. Driving awareness and integration of Corcoran brand campaigns and initiatives. Managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and deadlines and maintaining accurate project records. Partnering with regional and interdepartmental teams on special projects to create global solutions and efficiencies to benefit the department. Maintaining a significant presence in the local sales offices, presenting at meetings when needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; may consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience. 2+ years Marketing/Advertising experience, ideally within a real estate brokerage or progressive creative agency or firm Real Estate industry experience a plus Experience in social media marketing a plus Customer service oriented by nature. Ability to handle all situations with diplomacy. Boundless curiosity and positive can-do attitude Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Adept at balancing multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality. Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-motivated and fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and deliver solutions under pressure. Comfortable speaking and presenting in one-on-one and group settings. Experience working in a client-facing or consultative marketing environment a plus. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
