Job Description Territory Sales Consultant (warm leads provided)

A Project Sales Manager both estimates and manages their jobs and is ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and project they are assigned. The Project Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the location, maintaining consistent profitably, and achieving an excellent reputation within the territory among its customers. We are actively looking for Project Managers Riverview, FL. Must live in or near the territory to apply.

Sales Role for Providing Estimates in-person for our amazing customers

Monday-Friday, Full-Time Position

PTO and Holiday Pay

Responsibilities

Sell residential and commercial paint jobs.

Hire and oversee subcontractors.

Estimate projects.

Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client's needs and delivering a quality project.

Help problem-solve with crew leads if problems arise on any project.

Generate schedules and plans of operation for painting projects.

Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers.

Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made.

This role will require significant networking and building out relationships in the community with referral partners.

Self-generation of leads.

Pursue strategic relationships on behalf of company (realtors, property managers, roofers, etc.)

Qualifications

Ability to drive sales.

Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Traveling within Territory on a daily basis. Must have a clean driving record

Self-motivated.

Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.

2 years (or more) of B2B and B2C sales and estimating experience is preferred.

Must live in or easily commute to the territory to apply for the Sales Manager position.

Compensation Benefits

Two weeks’ vacation (ten days) after a six-month waiting period

Compensation is Base+Commission: On Target Earnings $85K to $110K

10-15% commission on Gross Profit

Average Ticket: $4,500

Company Gross Margin 48%

Close rate of 30% gets you six figures.
