Requirements: You're extremely detail-oriented, organized, and reliable — daily posting is non-negotiable You have hands-on experience managing the back end of TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Patreon (both mobile and desktop) You're comfortable with Notion and Dropbox for workflow and file management You can manage high-volume, multi-platform publishing schedules independently You're a strong copywriter with a knack for platform-specific captions and formatting You respond quickly to emails, messages, and time-sensitive tasks You have a solid understanding of SEO, metadata, tagging, and platform best practices Experience with community management on Patreon and Discord is a plus Responsibilities: Publish 1+ short-form videos per day across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat Post daily Stories across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat, plus one manual Snapchat Spotlight post per day Post to X (Twitter) 3 times per day Publish 2 long-form YouTube videos per week, including titles, descriptions, tags, metadata, cards, and end screens Post to Patreon 2x per week with community-focused updates Upload 1 Spotify post per week and A/B test one Facebook long-form video per week Manage posting schedules and community engagement across all platforms including Discord Respond to comments and DMs, and actively foster a fun, engaged community culture Apply platform-specific best practices to every upload for maximum reach and retention This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on daily execution, loves the behind-the-scenes grind, and wants to grow long-term with a creator who's all about good energy and impact.
