Job Description Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Account Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer accounts while ensuring accurate account records

Build and nurture positive relationships with clients through professional communication

Provide support and guidance to customers regarding services and account inquiries

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met

Monitor account activity and assist with account updates or adjustments

Maintain organized documentation related to customer interactions and account status

Contribute to the improvement of customer experience and service quality
