What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide regional field support and clinical case coverage while building relationships
Execute targeted selling campaigns to develop core selling and account management skills
Learn and deliver clinical and sales messaging to customers
Track customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce (SFDC)
Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of field sales experience, or
Associate’s degree with 2 years of field sales experience, or
Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of experience
Must possess a valid driver's license
Ability to travel at least 75% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1-3 years of previous sales experience
Introductory knowledge of medical device products and services
Prior medical device or technical sales experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Coachable mindset with effective persuasion skills
