Qualifications

Experience in management (sales manager, operations manager, or general manager).

Possesses powerful personal sales ability with a solid history of achieving monetary goals; passionate about and loves selling, especially beauty services/products.

Excellent leadership skills; able to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly.

Ability to implement structure, policies, and procedures while following up effectively to coach in the moment, apply discipline, and ensure compliance.

Natural team leader unafraid to run the show, take control of a spirited team, handle being directly challenged by senior staff, and positively redirect that energy.

Customer service oriented, ideally in the beauty, service or hospitality industries.

Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate.

Computer savvy and enjoys creating team‑building social media posts.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with frequent and transparent communication.

Strong interpersonal skills and communicates with high confidence and competence.

Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project‑management skills.

Flexible availability; willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays (including close and weekend hours).

Competent trainer and motivator; bias for action and collaborates well with business owners.

Always presents solutions to issues, exercises good judgment, knows when to partner or make independent decisions, and always communicates.

Highly collaborative and trainable; receives direct feedback well, highly coachable and professional.

MindBody Software experience a plus (experience selling membership programs also a plus).

Understands why image matters and presents themselves in exemplary attire to set example for the team; enforces dress code without exception to elevate company image and client expectations.

Loves to work, loves to win and spreads that energy infectiously.

Responsibilities

Drive rapid sales growth and activate systems to increase member retention.

Keep Lash Stylist calendars full; create and execute creative ways to prospect and attract new leads to develop a flowing pipeline of first‑time customers to convert each week.

Lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly every day, hour, and minute.

Implement structure, policies, and procedures while following up effectively to coach in the moment, apply discipline, and ensure compliance.

Maintain cleanliness and state board hygiene standards to pass all compliance audits.

Overcommunicate and collaborate with owners to resolve any and all issues; never allow owners to be blind‑sided or taken by surprise with adverse news.

Break down and interpret analytics and reports, and provide expert advice, strategies, and solutions/innovations to accelerate the business and team.

Actively lead and engage with front‑of‑house sales and back‑of‑house service providers while guiding the morale and behavior of the team as a whole by maintaining high expectations.

Conduct any and all other duties reasonably deemed necessary by the business owner or franchise.
