Business Development Manager
to help grow our presence across Central Texas by building long-term relationships with property managers and commercial property owners.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on networking, building trust, and winning new business while representing a company known for
quality, professionalism, and reliability.

What You'll Do You’ll serve as the face of Sunscape in the market, developing relationships and winning new commercial landscaping contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with property managers and commercial property owners
Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
Estimate and propose commercial landscape maintenance contracts
Own sales goals and KPIs for your territory
Coordinate with Branch Managers on new contract opportunities
Plan and attend industry networking events
Implement and manage CRM tools to track sales performance
Manage your territory/division sales budget
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
Successfully transition new clients to our Operations teams
What Success Looks Like
Consistently build strong relationships with property management companies
Maintain a full pipeline of qualified opportunities
Win contracts that meet Sunscape’s quality and margin standards
Represent the company professionally and strengthen our brand in the market
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in business development or B2B sales, existing relationships with property managers and commercial property owners
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Experience selling commercial services or property-related services
Ability to estimate work and develop professional proposals
Strong organization and CRM discipline
Self-starter mentality with ownership of territory goals
