Job Description
Manage rebate program performance and strategy
Draft and maintain incentive and rebate programs
Draft and execute stocking agreements and non-disclosure agreements
Review and redline legal contracts with Customers
Support contract management
Conduct contract and risk assessment with Executives
Track and distribute customer marketing funds
Support new product pricing initiatives
Lead and manage cross‑functional projects from start to finish
Support and scale Sales growth by ensuring accurate execution of:
Pricing
Contracts
Bids
Rebate Programs
Drive improvements that impact revenue, margin, and EBITDA
Up to 5% travel
Compensation $32/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with contracts, pricing, bids, rebates, or incentive programs
Strong financial, cost, and profitability modeling skills
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and results‑driven mindset
Comfortable working independently and ability to self-teach
Contract negotiation and redlining experience
Hands‑on exposure to contract review, MSAs, and risk identification
Expert level proficiency with MS Word
Process automation experience
Contract certification
Experience with commercial ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
Experience in commercial food service product distribution
