We seek a visionary procurement leader to oversee Indirect Category Team, Business Partners and Operational Procurement Team while championing our 2026 Global AI Workforce Transformation Program. This role combines strategic category management excellence with operational procurement expertise and digital innovation leadership—perfect for those passionate about AI, emerging technologies, and building high-performing, digitally fluent teams.

Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Leading and developing a team of Category Managers and Specialists, Operational Buyers and Business Partners providing guidance, coaching and support, fostering digital culture and growth mindset. Category & Sourcing Leadership:
Supporting Category Managers and Specialists in developing and implementing strategic plans for their categories, making sure they are aligned with the overall business objectives and market trends. Performance Management:
Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of category strategies and operational effectiveness, making adjustments as needed. Suppliers Management & Innovation:
Supporting Category and Business Partners Team in AI-powered market analysis, strategic supplier relationships, complex negotiations, and supplier innovation initiatives ensuring the availability of high-quality services and innovative solutions at competitive costs. Collaboration and Business Partnering:
Collaborating directly and via Indirect Procurement Business Partners with key business functions, stakeholders and production sites to ensure effective execution of category strategies and initiatives while ensuring operational effectiveness and high compliance standards.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; supply chain and/or logistics preferred
10+ years of in-depth strategic sourcing, category management and operational procurement experience, preferably within indirect procurement area
5+ years of experience in Leadership and/or team management
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication, analytical and project management skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time
