Job Description

TCS is looking to hire a Program Director for the Enterprise Solutions Units (ESU) Consulting Practice. This senior leadership role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex, large-scale transformation engagements for TCS clients, ensuring successful delivery across all phases. The Program Director manages program-level status, metrics, risks, and deliverables, leveraging broad business and technical expertise. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to influence at the C‑suite level. Additionally, the Program Director is accountable for driving business development, developing proposals, producing thought leadership, and representing TCS at industry events, reinforcing the company’s position as a trusted transformation partner.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple transformational projects, including ERP implementations and business process improvements, coordinating timelines, resources, and capacity planning.
  • Lead large global business transformation program delivery, with a deep understanding of the business value of such initiatives.
  • Spearhead sales opportunities and guide business counterparts toward the right SAP solution, translating business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Lead steering committee meetings, team meetings, business meetings, and project management teams.
  • Develop proposals and business cases, demonstrating experience in proposal development, project estimation, and planning.

Qualifications

  • At least five (5) full‑life‑cycle implementations as an ERP project manager, encompassing multi‑module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least six (6) years of experience in proposal and business case development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams of 20+ resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required; ability to work without visa sponsorship and willingness to travel up to 100%.

Base Salary Range

$150,000 – $175,000 per annum
