Job Summary
The Business Unit Director of Operations Excellence (OpEx) is a critical leadership role, reporting to the Business Unit Vice‑President of Operations. This position is responsible for leading a team focused on maximizing store operations’ efficiency by managing high‑priority projects, overseeing operational support teams, and driving continuous improvements. The director serves as a subject‑matter expert in store operations, supporting leaders in driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhancing customer experience. Additionally, the role plays a crucial part in change management by facilitating the successful implementation of company‑wide initiatives.

- Think conceptually to find solutions to simplify processes
- Create content as needed to support project and program roll‑outs
- Lead multiple initiatives at once
- Meet timelines and milestones of the essential job functions
- Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary, such as leading ad‑hoc projects, supporting emergency response procedures, or stepping in for other operational leadership roles during high‑demand periods
