How You Will Contribute:
The Director of Business Development is responsible for managing a team which will:
- create and execute growth strategies related to clinical inquiries and admissions
- focus on cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring that clinical partners are well-informed and connected to the services provided by Pasadena Villa
- conduct outreach to raise awareness among clinical partners, the community, and families about the benefits of high-quality, individualized, client-centered residential treatment for long-term wellness and recovery
- analyze industry trends to shape strategic priorities, remove barriers to care, and increase clinical referrals
- meet/exceed admissions goals while doing the right thing for potential clients
