Oracle BRM Developer

Overview

Global Talent Acquisition | Technical Recruitment | Headhunter | International Recruitment role focused on Oracle BRM and related integrations for a telecommunications environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) including pricing models, pipeline configuration, billing cycles, and workflows.
• Integrate BRM with Oracle Communications Stack components (OCOMM, OSM, Siebel CRM) and other OSS/BSS systems.
• Develop and maintain Opcode components (C, C++, PCM APIs) and manage Pipeline Manager for mediation and rating.
• Collaborate on integration and middleware initiatives using Web Services (SOAP/REST), Oracle SOA Suite / Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and event-driven architectures (Apache Kafka, JMS).
• Perform database work including SQL tuning and BRM schema customization; monitor performance on Linux/Unix environments.
• Implement DevOps practices with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI), version control (Git, SVN), and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).
• Support security and data integrity through OAM/OIM, encryption standards, and data masking/gdpr compliance.
• Apply ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management; participate in Agile/Scrum sprints.

Qualifications

• Oracle BRM – configuration, customization, pricing models, billing cycles, workflows.
• Oracle Communications Stack – integration with OCOMM, OSM (Order and Service Management), Siebel CRM , and other OSS/BSS components.
• Opcode Development (C, C++, PCM APIs).
• Pipeline Manager (for mediation and rating).
• Java / J2EE – for integration, middleware, and APIs.
• PL/SQL – Oracle database programming for BRM schema customization and queries.
• Shell scripting / Python – automation and deployment scripts.
• Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) – BRM integrations with external systems.
• Oracle SOA Suite / Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
• Apache Kafka / JMS – real-time event streaming.
• SQL tuning and query optimization.
• Linux/Unix Administration .
• Performance Monitoring Tools – OEM, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus.
• CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Version Control – Git, SVN.
• Cloud Platforms – OCI preferred; AWS/Azure/GCP also relevant.
• Terraform / Ansible .
• Application Monitoring – Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic.
• Security & Data Integrity – OAM/OIM, encryption (SSL/TLS, PKI), data masking, GDPR compliance.
• Soft Skills / Methodologies – Agile/Scrum, ITIL.
