B.H. Inc. is searching for a full‑time Concrete Project Director to oversee and support all projects and teams within our concrete division in the Utah Market. For this critical role, we are offering a highly competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000 . Qualifications for a Concrete Project Director

  • Extensive experience within building foundations, vertical structures, tilt, flatwork, etc.
  • Proven leadership experience with an emphasis on continued growth and market expansion for our structural and site concrete scopes.
  • A degree in construction management is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.

A Day in the Life as a Concrete Project Director

As the Concrete Project Director for our Utah Market, you oversee the project managers and teams, bearing the ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects. You will act as a key driver for our continued growth and market expansion within our structural and site concrete scopes. With your exceptional organizational skills, you facilitate efficient scheduling. You keep your finger on the pulse of all aspects of each project and check in with customers regularly to gauge their satisfaction. Conducting yourself with integrity and using your exceptional communication skills, you maintain an excellent rapport with them at all times.

You are invested in our company and work hard to promote its success. Under your leadership, the project managers are inspired to take pride in their work and know precisely what is expected of them. Due to your exceptional ability to delegate efficiently and appropriately, you don’t have to spend as much time on‑site as you might otherwise, though you do enjoy traveling and meeting with a variety of both employees and customers on a regular basis.
