About the Role

I’m working with my client to hire a Director of Business Development to drive new business growth as an individual contributor. This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role focused on solution selling, and building long-term enterprise relationships.

You’ll sell a combination of SaaS technology and marketing services, engaging multiple stakeholders and guiding deals through a value-driven sales process.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
  • Lead consultative discovery to understand business challenges and priorities
  • Position tailored solutions across sales incentives, employee engagement, and recognition technology
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision makers and influencers
  • Deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Negotiate and close strategic B2B SaaS deals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales
  • Strong background in consultative, solution-based selling
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles
  • Comfort engaging executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Self-directed, strategic, and results-oriented sales mindset
  • Base salary plus uncapped, performance-based incentives
