The role includes delegated authority to assign responsibilities, enforce reporting compliance, and align engagement strategies for all staff participating in events. • Coordinate with Marketing & Communications Team to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning with funders.
  • Work with Partnerships Team to create preevent briefing materials and strategic engagement plans.
  • Coordinate with Chief Development Officer to create prospect target lists pulled from the attendee list and crossed referenced with NACHC’s internal database to identify any intersections between the two. The priority targets will be set in consultation with the Chief Development Officer.
  • Staff Coordination & On-Site Activation
  • Assign event-specific roles and responsibilities to Development Team staff and relevant organizational representatives.
  • Coordinate engagement strategies with 515 staff members for external events.

  • Post-Event Systems & Accountability
  • Design and implement a standardized postevent followup system.
  • Lead postevent debriefs to evaluate performance and identify pipeline opportunities.
  • Assign followup actions and ensure accountability for timely execution.
  • Establish and enforce reporting compliance using Asana and/or available online tools.
  • Train staff on event-related reporting expectations and interim tracking systems pending CRM implementation.
  • Contribute to development of future CRM workflows related to event engagement tracking.
  • Process Development & Continuous Improvement
  • Create and maintain event development playbooks for external conferences.
