Position Overview
Precipio is seeking a highly driven and scientifically fluent individual to lead the commercial expansion of our proprietary cytogenetics media portfolio. The person in this role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales, distributor partnerships, and strategic account development across clinical cytogenetics laboratories, academic medical centers, reference labs, and biotechnology companies.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience with cytogenetics workflows in the clinical laboratory, as well as proven sales performance in diagnostics, life sciences, or laboratory reagents.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed revenue targets for the products under this portfolio
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for Precipio’s cytogenetics media products
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
Trade Shows & Industry Representation
- Represent Precipio at major industry meetings (e.g., AMP, ACMG, regional cytogenetics meetings)
- Deliver product presentations and technical overviews to lab teams
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations when needed
Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Cytogenetics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Diagnostics sales, Laboratory reagents/media sales
- 5+ years of experience in a Cytogenetics laboratory environment
- Scientific credibility with laboratory professionals
- Strategic selling and an entrepreneurial mindset aligned with a growth‑stage diagnostics company
- Data‑driven forecasting and pipeline management
