Channel Development Partner (Solar)

We are seeking a Director of Channel Partnerships (Contract) with deep experience in solar sales and installer networks to help scale BoostBundl through strategic relationships.

This is a revenue-driving, relationship-focused role — not an internal operations position.

You will be responsible for introducing BoostBundl into solar sales organizations, EPCs, and dealer networks, facilitating pilot programs, and supporting rollout conversations at the leadership level.

If you are already marketing or servicing multiple solar firms or EPCs with marketing, leads, or other similar services, we would be highly interested in having a conversation!

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing solar industry relationships to open doors
  • Introduce BoostBundl to sales org leadership and installers
  • Facilitate demo calls and pilot launches
  • Help structure organization-wide rollouts
  • Provide market feedback to leadership
  • Identify integration opportunities with proposal tools and dealer platforms

Ideal Background

  • 5+ years in residential solar sales or leadership
  • Existing relationships with sales organizations, EPCs, or dealer networks
  • Experience scaling initiatives across multiple installer teams
  • Strong credibility in the solar ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven

Compensation Structure (Contract)

Commission-based compensation aligned with revenue generated:

  • 6.5% on Standard BoostBundl units
  • 8% on BoostBundl Priority units
  • +1% commission if monthly volume exceeds 750 units
  • +2% commission if monthly volume exceeds 1,000 units

Commissions are paid on collected revenue for accounts directly originated and supported.

This is a high-upside opportunity for someone with strong industry relationships who wants to participate in scaling a national solar-adjacent platform.
