The role will focus on deployment of digital solutions at scale in clinical care environments.

The Director, Digital Health Strategy & Operations owns the performance management and communication spine of Digital Health, defining outcome-based KPIs, tracking portfolio value, and translating complex work into clear, executive-ready narratives that improve visibility, decision-making, and organizational alignment; ensuring strategy, execution, and storytelling are tightly connected across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Health Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

  • Partner with the Digital Health team to shape and execute the enterprise Digital Health strategy and roadmap across R&D, Medical and Commercial.

  • Drive consistent execution standards across pilots, scale-ups, and enterprise deployments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks, interdependencies, and misalignments that slow delivery or dilute impact.

Executive Communication & Enterprise Narrative

  • Own and elevate the Digital Health communication strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality, executive-ready messaging.
  • Translate complex portfolios, technologies, and partnerships into clear narratives that articulate progress, impact, risks, and decisions.
