Overview
✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Deputy Program Director at Falcon Ridge Ranch in Virgin, Utah .
Falcon Ridge Ranch is a residential treatment program that provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women who are referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youths enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Falcon Ridge Ranch as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future.
Pay : $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do
- The Deputy Program Director is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices and laws.
- This person is responsible for the day-to-day site operations including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing, and staff development and training.
To be considered you should
- Be empathetic, patient, consistent, and compassionate, have an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect.
- Have a BA/BS in a related field (Master’s Degree or Clinical License preferred).
- Have a minimum of four years of experience in residential treatment facility management; clinical experience preferred.
- Possess a working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture behavior modification program.
- Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, on call as situation dictates.
