Qode is a unified hiring platform built for enterprise scale. We centralize the entire hiring lifecycle in one environment, from sourcing and outreach to AI-led interviews and ATS, replacing disconnected tools with a single engine for speed, precision, and scale. We are already operating in the US and are looking to expand our footprint significantly.
This is not a role for someone who wants to execute someone else\'s playbook. This is a role for someone who wants to build it from scratch and own the US GTM motion for an AI company already proving itself in the real world.
What Qode Does
Qode centralizes the entire hiring funnel in one connected platform: candidate sourcing and outreach, AI-led interviews in 30+ languages, applicant tracking, and job distribution to 200+ platforms. Our AI interviewer, Tracy, conducts structured voice and video interviews 24/7 with no scheduling friction. Clients get structured reports covering skills, communication, and cognition, with video, transcript, and integrity detection included.
Our philosophy: centralized by default, automated by necessity, unbiased by principle.

The Team
Kartick Narayan, Co-founder and CEO Kartick brings 20 years of experience spanning financial analytics, growth marketing, and company building across three continents. He spent six years at Amazon in the Media Group, then moved to Groupon as Director of Computational Marketing, followed by VP of Growth at Coupang in Seoul. He then joined Tiki, Vietnam\'s leading e-commerce platform, as Chief Business Officer. His most recent venture before Qode was Kilo, a B2B SaaS platform in Vietnam. He holds an MBA from Duke University. He has built companies. He is not learning how startups work. He is doing it again, with a sharper product and a larger market.
Sakshi Jawa, Co-founder and COO Sakshi is one of the most operationally experienced people in the room. She has 20+ years of leadership across Amazon, Citibank, Coupang, and Prudential Plc, with deep expertise in scaling tech teams globally, talent management, new country expansion, and compensation design. She founded startupoi, a Singapore-based platform for engineers, and raised $1.7M in seed funding before building Qode alongside Kartick. She is an Asia Women Leader award winner and has lived and worked in Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, South Korea, and Vietnam. She brings the talent operations credibility that makes Qode\'s product claims credible to enterprise buyers.
The Engineering Team Our engineering team is based in Vietnam, one of the most underrated technical talent markets in the world. Fast, sharp, and product-focused. Low overhead, high output. This is not an outsourced team. It is the team. A GTM hire in the US works directly with the founders and has an engineering team that can actually ship hourly.
