The Role

A technical, hands-on commercial leadership role where you will:

  • Own the full US P&L for a multi-million dollar regional operation, driving material year-on-year growth across complex infrastructure accounts.
  • Execute the go-to-market strategy by leading enterprise sales, business development, and major account activity for spatial integration platforms.
  • Spearhead the commercial alignment of spatial data solutions with emerging Digital Twin and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) workflows.
  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate small strategic acquisitions to accelerate technical capabilities and expand market reach.
  • Recruit, structure, and mentor a high-performing, agile regional sales and delivery leadership team.
  • Implement rigorous CRM discipline to improve operational forecasting, complex delivery lifecycles, and enterprise account governance.
  • Proven Chief Executive, Managing Director, or equivalent senior commercial leadership experience with full P&L accountability.
  • Solid domain knowledge of enterprise spatial systems, asset information management, or GIS applications within public sector or infrastructure contexts.
  • Demonstrable track record of taking a regional business to the next stage of scale via realistic organic growth and strategic M&A.
  • A hands-on operational approach combining enterprise sales leadership with strict rigor in CRM, forecasting, and technical delivery processes.
  • US-based (or willing to relocate) with full eligibility to work in the United States.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • An existing, highly credible network across the GovTech, utility, and infrastructure data communities in the US.
  • Direct commercial experience integrating complex enterprise asset management (EAM) or BIM-to-GIS architectures for public sector frameworks.
  • A strong background in creating measurable performance improvements within remote-first or highly distributed technical delivery teams.
