We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Product Management Manager – Government Solutions. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL, Pittsburgh, PA, Washington, DC, or New York, NY.

This position is part of our Government Solutions team and focuses on delivering exceptional program solutions for federal clients. It is responsible for defining and executing product strategies, aligning PMO deliverables for federal programs, and driving innovation to enhance client experiences while supporting day-to-day operations and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the Product Management function for a business unit and oversees the full complement of products within a key segment, including PMO functions within a federal program.
  • Leads one to many US federal government contracts as a single leader, driving application development, process design, architecture and delivery outcomes.
  • Establishes the strategic approach for developing products, services, and product lines and collaborates with senior leaders to align functional strategies with business unit objectives.
  • Guides staff in building the business case for offerings and monitors the competitive landscape and industry environment.
  • Determines key products of strategic importance and long-term goals for the function in collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Responsible for the growth and profitability of all federal products.
  • Manages the product life cycle from development through marketing.
  • Evaluates enhancements or new features and determines viable options to pursue.
  • Oversees complex environments of Security, Delivery, Engineering, Operational, and PMO workstreams delivering results to federal clients.
  • Ensures implementation across all global products and determines overall strategic positioning and target client segments.
  • Collaborates with Relationship Management, Account Management, and Marketing teams to meet sales and market share goals.
  • Ensures all work conducted by subordinate teams complies with government contracting, regulatory requirements, and risk considerations.
  • Supports staff in navigating Risk, Legal, or Compliance requirements.
  • Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff to maximize contribution and professional growth.
  • Provides timely feedback and manages multiple teams; work is accomplished through subordinate managers.
  • Develops and oversees the achievement of functional objectives aligned with business unit goals.
  • Manages the financial and human resources for the function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
  • Securities or financial services experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience running government contracts and government programs required.
