Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director, Underwriting, in our Southwest Regional office to lead the regional underwriting team in support of achieving regional business goals. This individual will drive the growth and profit of our regional property and casualty book, while promoting the value-added services of our unique Risk Control and Claims expertise and cross-market FCCI’s specialty lines. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the development and achievement of long-term strategic goals and ensuring regulatory and legal compliance within the region. The incumbent will also execute agency management best practices delivering a consistent experience for our agency partners. The selected candidate will work in our Richardson, TX office.

Salary The salary range for this position is $170,897-$263,179 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
