Remote Executive Director Fire Service Leadership

A statewide fire service organization is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead its mission and implement strategic priorities. In this remote role, the Executive Director will oversee operations, manage the budget, and collaborate with fire service leaders and policymakers to advance advocacy and support professional development. Candidates should possess a strong leadership background, experience in nonprofit management, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s is preferred. This position requires periodic travel for various engagements.
