Area Director of Sales

Extended Stay America is seeking a results-driven Area Director of Sales to lead sales efforts for two properties in the Pittsburgh (Cranberry Township, PA) and Cleveland (Independence, OH) markets. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic business relationships, and increasing occupancy through corporate, government, project, and extended-stay accounts.

The Area Director of Sales will oversee market-level sales strategy, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with property leadership to achieve revenue goals while strengthening Extended Stay America’s presence in both markets.
