Palantir Foundry Solutions Architect
Elios Talent, Dallas, TX, United States
We are seeking a Palantir Foundry Solutions Architect to serve as our internal Foundry subject matter expert, client-facing technical leader, and strategic partner in go-to-market efforts. This individual will play a critical role in evaluating client opportunities, determining whether Palantir Foundry is the right fit for a client’s business and technical needs, and shaping the solution, team structure, and delivery approach from initial discovery through execution. This role sits at the intersection of sales, solution architecture, and delivery leadership. Over the next 6–12 months, the primary focus will be partnering with go-to-market and client stakeholders to lead technical discovery, qualify opportunities, assess platform fit, and define Foundry-native solution strategies. This person will act as the Palantir Foundry expert within the company, serving as the trusted internal and external authority on platform capabilities, implementation approach, and delivery best practices.
About the Role
The ideal candidate can confidently engage executive, business, and technical stakeholders; translate complex client needs into practical Foundry architectures; and lead delivery teams from pre-sales through implementation. This person will help staff Foundry teams, define delivery plans, guide technical execution, and ensure successful outcomes across client engagements. While hands-on experience in Foundry development is valuable, the emphasis of this role is on solution leadership, technical discovery, architecture, staffing, and delivery ownership. Palantir Foundry Solution Architect certification is highly desired. Additional Palantir certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing technical discovery sessions to understand business goals, operational challenges, data environments, and platform requirements.
- Partner with sales and go-to-market teams to evaluate opportunities, support solutioning, and determine whether Palantir Foundry is the right fit for prospective clients.
- Serve as the company’s primary internal Foundry expert and trusted advisor on Foundry capabilities, architecture patterns, implementation strategy, and platform best practices.
- Define and design Foundry-native solution architectures, including ontologies, object models, datasets, transforms, pipelines, streams, applications, and operational workflows.
- Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs, delivery plans, staffing models, estimates, rollout strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Support proposal development, technical estimates, architecture documentation, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Lead solution decomposition and guide teams in structuring Foundry implementations that are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned to client outcomes.
- Help staff Foundry delivery teams by identifying required roles, skill sets, team composition, and sequencing across project phases.
- Lead or oversee technical delivery for Foundry engagements, ensuring alignment between proposed architecture, team execution, and client expectations.
- Communicate Foundry architecture principles and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client executives.
- Guide delivery teams in Foundry best practices, including ontology design, pipeline strategy, governance, integration patterns, and operationalization.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to integrate Foundry with enterprise systems, source data platforms, APIs, cloud environments, and downstream business processes.
- Mentor junior engineers, architects, and analysts in Foundry solution delivery and platform best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with Palantir and relevant partner/vendor teams to stay current on platform capabilities and implementation approaches.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience integrating enterprise data systems, applications, APIs, and cloud platforms into scalable solution architectures.
