Vice President, Connected Identity Lead

Overview

As the Connected Identity Lead, you will roll out Connected Identity across markets, driving outcome-based marketing for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Connected Identity strategic approach, development process, and integration across markets.
  • Direct and nurture the development, presentation, and maintenance of plans to build a competitive advantage.
  • Be familiar with widely used insight tools and media technology, including CDPs, CRMs, and identity solutions.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to prioritize and acquire data sets essential for improving Connected Identity solutions.
  • Identify, source, and integrate additional data sets to meet specific vertical category business measurement requirements.
  • Drive connectivity, consistency, and quality by gathering market requirements and evaluating vendor options.
  • Educate internal teams and clients on standard processes for using data assets to improve potential.
  • Support teams with a deep understanding of data sharing, processing, and ownership regulatory knowledge across the globe.
  • Work with Clients and Agency Partners to provide strategic recommendations on how Clients should handle their 1P data.
  • Provide a deep understanding of Identity-Led Measurement solutions to enable Clients to understand the full extent of their marketing activity on consumers.
  • Contribute to conversations on how to develop custom data modelling solutions to predict, power, and prove audience-led outcomes.
  • Work with markets and regions as they develop their Connected Identity approach.
  • Lead and mentor audience data scientists and strategists across the globe.
  • Manage and work alongside the broader cross-functional team including planning, measurement and production.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budgets, and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Serve as the leader with vision and provocateur for what’s next—bringing a strategic lens to emerging tech, new partners, and evolving audience behaviors.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of digital media experience with progressive levels of responsibility and business insight.
  • 12+ years of experience in media planning/strategy with dynamic levels of responsibility.
  • 8+ years of experience consulting clients on data strategy.
  • Excellent client service experience with proven ability to provide strategic audience recommendations.
  • Deep experience across all media types (global, national, local, digital, direct, programmatic, shopper, etc.).
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skill and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate data into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Tableau, R, and other data analytics tools.
  • Mastery of the digital analytics space and innovation to develop new opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of ad tech, data integration, and data activation.
  • Expertise with customer acquisition goals and optimize CPA, CTR, Completion Rate, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of Identity Solution tools and platforms.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with data, technology, and research partners.

Benefits

Compensation Range: $163,210.00 - $256,910.00 annually. Benefits include medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off.
