While ERP transformation is a significant focus, this role oversees multiple product teams delivering business-critical applications across the organization.

This leader drives the shift to a product-led operating model by building strong, business-aligned digital product teams and implementing scalable, standardized, cloud-first solutions. The VP partners closely with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, and business leaders to ensure technology platforms are secure, integrated, efficient, and aligned with enterprise strategy.

This role is ideal for a business-oriented technology executive who excels at building partnerships, influencing decision-making, developing teams, and driving measurable outcomes across a complex technology ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute the enterprise applications strategy and portfolio—including ERP as a major component—ensuring platforms scale with business growth, align with standard processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead the ERP modernization as a flagship initiative by directing the cloud-first transformation program, replacing legacy systems with a modern ERP ecosystem while ensuring alignment with industry-standard processes and seamless integration with surrounding applications.
  • Oversee product-led delivery across multiple business domains by managing product teams in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience to deliver high-quality, business-aligned digital solutions with end-to-end ownership.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture to align application and platform decisions with architectural standards, integration strategies, and long-term technology principles across the digital ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Information Security to embed secure-by-design practices into all enterprise applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong governance, risk management, and controls.
  • Drive operational excellence across all enterprise platforms by ensuring stability, performance, and reliability through governance, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational change, ensure readiness for new digital capabilities, and promote adoption of standardized processes across major applications.
  • Manage budgets, lead contract negotiations, and oversee relationships with ERP vendors, SaaS providers, and system integrators to deliver value, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Build and develop high-performing product and application teams—including onshore and offshore resources—while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to legal and compliance standards outlined in corporate policies, take ownership for fulfilling related requirements, and report any identified compliance violations.
