Our client is a well-established Hospice Care organization. They have a current opening for the Director of Business Development based in the Las Vegas, Nevada area . Post-Acute experience in Hospice is required. This leader must be able to build culture and implement growth strategies.

Director of Business Development Job Requirements

• Hospice leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proven successes growing an organization’s census.

Director of Business Development Job Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and daily oversight of sales teams.
• Drive growth initiatives and strategies.
• Report to the senior leadership.
