A leading Mid-Tier Investment Bank is seeking an experienced Equity Derivatives Sales (Listed Options) professional to join its growing US Equities platform. The firm is continuing to invest in its derivatives capabilities and is looking to hire a senior sales professional with a demonstrable track record and a transferable client franchise .
This is a high-impact opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional to leverage an established platform, strong execution capabilities, and a broad product offering to further grow their client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and manage relationships with institutional clients trading listed equity options
- Drive revenue generation through existing client relationships and new business development
- Deliver options trading ideas, market colour, and derivatives strategies to institutional investors
- Work closely with trading, structuring, and research teams to provide tailored solutions
- Expand the firm’s institutional options franchise across hedge funds, asset managers, and proprietary trading firms
- Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, volatility dynamics, and derivatives strategies
- Act as a senior market-facing representative of the firm within the listed options ecosystem
Requirements
- Proven track record in Listed Options Sales within a broker dealer or investment bank
- Transferable book of institutional client relationships generating meaningful revenue
- Strong understanding of equity derivatives and options strategies
- Existing relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, and/or volatility-focused trading firms
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow a franchise
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with trading and structuring teams
