What You’ll Do

Lead Enterprise Growth Strategy

  • Develop and drive enterprise-level growth strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term vision.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, new business models, and strategic investments.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute corporate growth priorities.
  • Build scalable frameworks that support sustainable expansion.

Drive Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential partners.
  • Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements that create long-term value.
  • Collaborate with internal leaders to translate partnerships into operational success.

Advance Market Expansion

  • Assess new geographic markets, industries, and service lines for expansion opportunities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new initiatives and business lines.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Design targeted strategies for markets requiring additional growth support.

Support Corporate Development Initiatives

  • Assist in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to assess the strategic and financial viability of growth initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired teams, including territory alignment and operational integration.

What You’ll Bring

Experience

  • 10-15+ years of experience in strategic growth, corporate strategy, business development, consulting, or corporate development.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-impact growth initiatives or enterprise expansion efforts.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive measurable results.
  • Experience evaluating new markets, investments, or business opportunities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
