Solution Architect | Remote

Shape the backbone of global recruiting technology. As Solution Architect, you’ll design and oversee technical alignment across our AI Digital Recruiter, CRM/ATS, and Workday, ensuring seamless integration at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead discovery and solutioning for global implementations.
• Define data flows, integrations, and field mappings.
• Develop standardized architecture documentation and reusable templates.
• Partner with engineering and Workday teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Support QA and validation processes pre- and post-deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Implementations, and Change & Training to ensure solution designs reflect recruiter and candidate experience requirements
• Serve as design authority for AI and ATS solutions, driving consistency and security.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years in systems architecture or solution design (HR tech or SaaS).
• Expertise in APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Workday HCM/Recruiting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of MS Suite products, particularly Excel and Project Management software is a bonus.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
