Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
About the Role
We're looking for a Demand Generation Lead to build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive top-funnel pipeline growth. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our GTM and Growth team to attract and convert high-quality leads. The focus is on streamlining operations through experimentation and tracking metrics obsessively.
Core Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in demand-gen, growth, or marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-driven companies.
- Previous startup experience is mandatory.
- Metrics-driven with examples of past experiments.
- Ability to run multiple experiments in parallel efficiently.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (Attio, Clay, etc.).
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends.
- High agency and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
