Director of Enterprise Applications and Technology

SEBPO is hiring a strategic, hands‑on Director of Enterprise Applications & Technology to lead our global enterprise systems ecosystem and drive digital transformation across the organization.

This role owns the strategy, optimization, and performance of our core platforms — ensuring they scale with the business and enable operational excellence.

What You’ll Own

• Enterprise applications strategy aligned to company growth
• Core platforms: Oracle Fusion (ERP & HCM), Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft
• Cross‑functional system integration across Finance, HR, Operations, and GTM
• Automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Data integrity, security, and compliance (in partnership with InfoSec)
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and renewals
• Global application development, support, and help desk teams
• Governance, documentation, and enterprise best practices

What You Bring

• 12+ years in enterprise applications, IT leadership, or systems architecture
• Proven leadership managing ERP and CRM systems in a global environment
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce
• Strong background in data integration, automation, and enterprise architecture
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones
• Ability to translate technical strategy into business impact
