Introduction
The Director of Automation & AI will own our enterprise automation strategy and AI enablement—spanning process automation (RPA/intelligent automation), applied AI/ML use cases, and AI platform governance. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Business Operations, this leader will deliver measurable productivity, quality, and customer experience improvements while ensuring responsible, secure, and compliant AI adoption.
You will oversee a cross‑functional team (automation engineers, ML engineers, product managers, and CoE analysts), establish governance and standards, drive a portfolio of high‑value use cases, and scale self‑service and citizen development.
